Professionals for three generations
The shop is today run by Michele Lacidogna grandson of the homonymous artisan who founded the Company in 1943. Passion, experience and tradition are the characteristics of this family which over the years has specialized in the study and restoration of antique furniture. The wick varnished briars of the Art Deco or the fine inlays of the Liberty style , furniture and furnishing objects of the Italian early 20 Century are our strengths.
02. TODAY
In step with the times
The love for art has led the Lacidogna family since 1970 years to organize painting and shows inside the shop. Its owner thanks to this passion and studies in graphic and cinematographic arts has paid particular attention to advertising graphics by introducing a wide range of fascinating vintage posters. Today the shop is a meeting point for vintage and design enthusiasts especially on the markets days of Balon and Gran Balon the historical antiques market in Torino. The owner is always ready to provide historical explanations on every single piece of art.
03. TURIN
The Balon, the Turin event
He is also one of the organizers of the Balon and Gran Balon markets. He has created numerous new events such as The feast of Balon, the feast of Carnival, and Christmas at the Balon. He has given a great contribution to the design and construction web sites and platforms that bring the world of vintage closer to the new technologies of e-commerce opening new horizons and new possibilities to this world.
